After working with so many clients who were struggling with burnout during the pandemic, I created this workshop to help people understand how our bodies and minds are designed to process stress and how we can all learn resilient building strategies that will help us better respond to and recover from what ever life throws our way.
Created to help clients during lockdown, the workshop has since been enhanced to highlight the importance of strong resilience in helping us be our best selves EVERY DAY. By understanding the factors that make up strong resilience, we can better understand ourselves, our strengths and feel more in control of our precious time and energy.
Who's it for?
This workshop is for anyone wanting to understand more about resilience; what it is, how it enables peak performance as well as the role of resilience in supporting our natural stress response and recovery. It will also benefit those wanting to improve their performance, mindset and wellbeing (it's all related and I'll show you how).
