After working with so many clients who were at risk of emotional burnout during the pandemic, I created this workshop to help people understand how our bodies and minds are designed to cope with stress and how we can build resilience in order to better cope with and recover from stressful situations.
Created to help clients during lockdown, the workshop has now been enhanced to support anyone wanting to improve their response to stress, be in better control of their precious energy, and perform at their best.

This workshop is for anyone wanting to improve their resilience, understand their natural stress response and how to improve it, and anyone wanting to improve their performance, mindset and wellbeing (it's all related and I'll show you how).
