I’ve had a life-long interest in understanding why people behave or think in a certain way and what we can do about it. This has evolved into a deep fascination with brain malleability; how we can influence brain regrowth and its effects on memory, motivation and mood.
I'm still amazed at how adaptable our brains are, how much our subconscious drives us and how often deep, ingrained habits are so often working against us.
And it's relatively easy to change. As long as we are honest with ourselves, open and willing to put in the time, we can reprogram neural pathways to build new habits and a mindset better suited to our own unique preferences and strengths.
